Candidates should be able to explain the purpose, structure, and implementation cycle of OKRs. They should also manage to adapt the OKR to the context. Therefore, they should be able to customize the cycle duration, number of layers, and number of OKRs per layer. Candidates should also be able to detail the responsibilities of different OKR management roles.
Candidates are expected to write objectives aligned with international best practices. Candidates are expected to write objectives with different purposes and levels of ambition.
Candidates are expected to write KRs aligned with international best practices. They should also be able to record KRs aligned to actions, immediate results, or results. Candidates should also be able to establish KRs driven by volume and key results driven by quality.
